Inner reform of a house in building plurifamiliar of the years 70 to the neighbourhood of the square of toros, a lot near the centre of Palma.

The state in which found was practically the original, with some unfinished interventions, obsolete installations, closings without thermal isolation, distribution segmentada with cooking closed and a big rebedor allocated exclusively to this use.

For the design of the new reform realises the demolició of the envans that separated the cooking and the big rebedor, remaining of this shape the open cooking forming an only space with the canteen and the zone to be. Besides it realises a  big   traster indispensable to the space that was allocated to rebedor, remaining near the entry and of the cooking.

The zone to be is what relates with the big terrace that has this flat, one of his main strong points, beside his views buidades to the centre of the city of Palma.
